David has given me drive and accountability in my daily life that I didn't previously acknowledge I was lacking. 

 

This drive, with his support, his knowledge and outstanding client based understanding has allowed me to see huge positive changes over the last 12 weeks. 

 

I feel healthier, stronger, leaner and much more energetic. 

 

David listens to what I enjoy and what motivates me and tailors his coaching to it. 

 

I have not only started running more, I have smashed previous times and feel great doing it. 

 

I don't feel like I'm on a diet or depriving myself of the enjoyable day to day things associated with training and eating well. 

 

He promotes balance and educates you on how to achieve it.

 

As a parent we all want to have the energy and ability to always be that active and fun Mum or Dad and with David's continued support that's an everyday occurrence. 

 

For me this is something I'll always be grateful for.

I just want to thank David for his continued support over the last few months.

 

Heading into lockdown and the inevitable reduced amount of gym time. I didn’t expect to maintain strength let alone build upon it.

 

The weight loss has been fantastic dropping around 7kg’s over the 8 weeks without having to worry about birthdays or not eating takeaways.

 

It’s all manageable which was what I was after.

 

More important than the weight loss it’s the way I feel again, clothes fitting better, having more energy and overall way more confidence.

 

The accountability that David offers and support in weekly catch ups were that bit of extra motivation that I needed, all questions were answered and great workouts to fit in with my routine.

 

All in all, as opposed to leaving lockdown heavier which it was starting to look like, I’ll be leaving fighting fit.

Just over 4 months into my Online Coaching with David and the changes to my physique/health and mental state already, is huge.

 

I’ve had many top coaches/pt’s over the years to try and whip me into shape. One of the greatest compliments I can give David is that his understanding and realistic attitude towards my needs and situations makes me feel like being the best me that I can.

 

There will be times when you have bad days, times where you don’t want to do that work out and times where things just get in the way. 

 

I currently have a bad knee ligament injury and I could have quite easily let it hamper my progress. Instead David has focused on what I can do and what I can push on with to keep progressing. In turn still getting results.

 

I have learnt so much over the past few months, about myself and about nutrition. When educated coaches like David are telling you something.... listen.... the hours and hours of studying and research they do to achieve the best results in a person is a priceless asset for you to exploit

 

Tracking has been my most useful tool through this journey. So many things you put in your mouth that you have no idea what is in it, what it contains. Just a simple app that takes seconds to input keeps you informed and accountable.

 

David offers me that accountability as well. Checking in with me every week with my detailed tracking process that he has designed to get all the information he needs. 

 

My detailed training plans all have a purpose. I’m not just lifting weights for the sake of it. It’s made me enjoy the gym again and I look forward to every session, and progressing.

Thanks David for the support and guidance over the last 12 weeks. After a big pile on of weight and reduction in fitness over lockdown I reached out to get a plan and some guidance. 

 

As I knew him from the Rugby Club I knew he would tailor something specific for my goals. 

 

We worked together to tweak my macro split and build back up my cardio and my strength. 

 

With gyms initially closed we focused on LISS running coupled with sprint work and resistance band training to build up a baseline for when the gyms re opened. 

 

The diet itself wasn’t overly restrictive and I actually had to eat more carbs than I was before to fuel my workouts and the biggest change was my protein and fat split which took a while to nail down. 

 

Training has progressed massively, especially over the final weeks. I have hit many PB’s with regards to running and will continue to push on with this. Strength wise I have made a big step but we both feel there is more gains to be had so we will continue with some strength sessions in the gym.

 

All in all it is not a magic pill it just takes time, patience and consistency but David is supportive the whole way through. I am excited to see the progress in another 12 weeks!

Back in July 2020 I signed up with David to ‘lose weight’. I wasn’t hugely overweight but I knew I wanted to fit in my clothes and feel more comfortable in my own skin. 

 

Online would work for me as I needed my plan to be flexible as I have a busy lifestyle and business. 

Little did I know that not only would we face Covid restrictions, home workout battles and a photoshoot prep, but David would go on to help change my whole lifestyle and mindset around training and food. 

 

I’ve always loved the gym, but didn’t train to my full potential. David gave me a Training Plan to follow and  incorporated things I liked doing. I would take videos and he would correct my form. 

 

As for food. Well he changed my whole idea of what’s bad and good, what’s a cheat day and what’s just eating carefully. Macros were alien to me, but now I have a basic understanding of what I need to fuel my body and how much! It made eating easy and fun, as I could still have my favourite things! 

 

I began looking in the mirror and instead of wanting to be ‘slim’ I wanted more muscle. I wanted to be leaner. I wanted more definition. I would lift super heavy, but got stronger and not bigger. The plan was working and I was doing it like ‘yep, this is me forever now’. 

 

I lost 10kg and tons of inches. But I put on 3kg of muscle. I’m a ‘perfect 10’ and fit as a fiddle. 

 

He has helped with his continued support, patience and guidance to help me be me again. My confidence and my self esteem and ability to love myself again has come back and it’s all thanks to Dave’s knowledge and Skills to get me to be the best version of me!

 

Every penny was well spent!

It requires hard work and consistency but it certainly gets results.
